Training

As specialists in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), we offer training for practitioners who want to incorporate DBT into their clinical work and other professionals who could benefit from an understanding of this highly-effective therapeutic approach.

Trainings are fully customized but generally fall into one of three categories:

Comprehensive DBT

For mental health practitioners who want to implement comprehensive DBT programs.

DBT-informed Therapy

For practitioners and others who want to understand the basics of DBT and incorporate components of it into their work.

Consultation

Available on a short- or long-term basis, this is a flexible option for those seeking consultation and/or support as they incorporate DBT into their work.

No – we train groups and audiences of all sizes.

Aside from mental health practitioners there are many groups who find DBT useful in their lines of work, including teachers, corrections personnel, community-based  agencies and even parents.
